History: He was raised in a forest tribe. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

After coming to the age of reason, Roger took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
