He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
