History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Peter was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
