History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.
