Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Healer who has hired him part-time. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
