He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. He has done his best to style his blonde hair to look like a famous performer. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Guy lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is short and red. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sai with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
