Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. He has a hunchback. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Thomas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

Description: He stands about 5'2" and wears a green vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his green boots flare out at the collars. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
Motivation: To be a Knight again; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He carries with him a set of greataxes, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a longsword on his belt. His hair is cut close to his head. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.
Personality: Shane wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a fancy yellow suit, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Gerald was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was a Brewer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
