He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.
