History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
