History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the north

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
