Kyle Gentry, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Adventurer. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kyle took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Theobald Weld, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]

His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He works hard and plays hard.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Lance was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miner. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
