History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Ernest alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: He was born into a rich family. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
