History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Map Maker, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: This malnourished man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Spice Merchant profession.

History: Shane was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
