History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Adam took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he desires power and/or immortality

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
