History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. He has gray eyes and a white hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and retire the richest man in the south
