History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Alexandre was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born to a Armorer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
