He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born in a small forest village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
