History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Server. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
