A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a fancy tan suit. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Godfrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.
