History: Dean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Doctor and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Ruler, but he got bored and became a Scribe. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Theodoric isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
