History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
