Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
