Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Cartwright father left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
