Description: An older man who wears a grey small hat and grey clothes, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: William was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is an amazing painter.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 93. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
