Through the years after Godfrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Godfrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and money/treasure

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is obsessed with his god.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
