History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Fletcher. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.
