Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Manfred will drive conversation. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
