Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Manfred liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
