History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arnold's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to protect his home

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Patrick was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
