History: Hunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
