Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Robert grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
