History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ruler and occasionally as a mercenary.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
