Description: He has a missing right arm. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing pastel cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He has shaved his head bald. His ears are large.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roger isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His white hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are green.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Gunter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of axes, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and white with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and expand his business

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he's looking for his big break
