History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the south to a Healer, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Barrister soon after.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He works hard and plays hard.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a great chef.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
