History: Miles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has taken up work as a Sage and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom

Description: This dark-skinned male typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has styled his chestnut hair well, parting it to the right. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 53. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To protect his home; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His golden hair is knotted and matted. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wymar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Wymar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Wymar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants his loneliness to end
