History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Justin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Justin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
