History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Miles took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Hugh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
