Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Miles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To be a Map Maker again; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his falchion. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He uses divination through singing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Unemployed business.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
