He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Raymond was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Shane was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bricklayer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.
