History: He was born into a rich family. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
