History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bellfounder. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
