Personality: Dean wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody.
