History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
