History: Born in the south to a Cook, Everard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Henry hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mason profession.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thomas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up work as a Scribe and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Scribe, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job
