Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His auburn hair is lengthy. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Miles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is blonde and curly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is blonde and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Rolf was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Trym has worked very hard to control his curse. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His tied-back hair is auburn. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
