Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed tan hat.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Manfred was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He is content; and to end his boredom

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: William lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Revenge.
