Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bertram does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. His addictions have taken their toll on his wallet, and he has found himself with a great deal of debt owed.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears skinny pants and wears a red and violet robe with the hood down. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Bertram is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Cartwright profession.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gomory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gomory's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is unsatisfied with his job
