History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing his hectic life and new detective responsibilities is difficult
