Description: He wears a green cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings, and carries daggers. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This southern man wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many tan ritualistic tattoos. He wears a simple black robe with tan stripes complete with hood. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: William was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
