Description: He is a husky man, who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He is a Succubi in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This man is dressed in an above average manner. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his broad yellow hat.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born in a small forest village. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to be a barkeep again
